Karlin made his first attempt to climb Mt. Rainier this past weekend, and after a bout of altitude sickness, 60 mile per hour winds, and of course rain....The Mountain won. Way to go Mountain Man!!! After doing the STP in one day, I'm surprised that he had any energy left to make it almost to the top!
half way - that's something! i hear the weather this year has been horrible, hopefully next year they'll have a good window to make it to the top.
