Gratitude: Week 31
This week we were grateful to be able to go camping with Peter and Michelle at Ohanapecosh on Mt. Rainier (or Mt. Reindeer as Klare has said for many years, we won't correct her cause it is too darn cute). It was our first family camping trip since having children. It was wonderful.
The first morning, the children were sure that we were in the Sacred Grove. It was beautiful!
Hot chocolate outside, they were in absolute heaven.
This picture of Klare makes me laugh. What a girl.
Krew was in his element. Sticks and stones galore + dirt = one happy kid.
Klare refused to go potty in this stall, because she was sure someone in the next stall over was going to peek and "See my booty!"
Klare and Tyler sweet little buddies. Klare, "My little fuzz ball! He's so cute!"
Kennedi and our friendly ranger. Lots of cool ranger programs at Ohanapecosh.
One. Filthy. Baby. By day three, it was even worse than this....
Bo, our camping foster child. He was an only child camping with his parents nearby. He said they were lazy. With all the fun being had at our sites, he was a near permanent fixture.
All of the children on "Krew Hill" as the children called it. A little hill at our site.
The girls finished their Junior Ranger packets and earned their badges! Good job.

Then Kennedi gave us our Sunday lesson on the creation. This girl can teach!!! She did an amazing job. We expect her to be speaking in General Conference sometime soon.

I have fond memories of camping when all of you were small. It's great to be in the open air all day, and get away from everyday life!
Klare kills me! I don't blame her for not wanting to use that particular toilet, I can see her point.
Krew looks like he is having the time of his life!
And of course our little shinning star Kennedi giving the Sunday lesson, what a girl!
Good times!
