Okay, so two weeks later and my blessed Mother has made a request for an updated picture. I don't think I look that different from last week at this point. The residual swelling and numbness will take a couple of months to totally go away. The surgeon says everything looks great! I actually feel 100%, minus the numbness which makes my smile look funky and makes me sound half drugged when I talk. (Karlin is at young men's tonight and Kennedi tried to take the pic for me, but I eventually had to do the job myself.) Hope all is well with all of you! We love you all!Wednesday, July 18, 2007

Second, I am so glad that you are feeling better! You looked so miserable!!! :( Also, you are my new idol for posting that first picture after surgery! You must be quite sure of yourself to post that. I do not have enough self confidence to post a picture like that of myself, let alone be brave enough to take one. You are truly amazing girl!
Dude, you can't even tell you had surgery...besides the funky smile. I'm glad you're feeling better. The drugged talk reminds me of our epileptic neighbor that was always taking her "seizure meds", and was always way out of it. I'm sure you sound better than her. Hope things continue to go as well as they have. You've got one month to work on that drug talk...I don't want my girls thinking their aunt Mollie is a reefer addict.
