Last summer we picked over 2o pounds of raspberries which made 7 batches of delicious jam. Yet, here in the end of April, we only had one treasured container left. I foolishly left it out on the counter, almost full, after I made Klare toast for breakfast. I jumped in the shower and ten minutes later came upon this scene...Klare covered in jam and our last bowl of jam gone! It was a sad/humorous moment to find the empty bowl hidden under a chair. Not to worry, our raspberries are already in bloom out in the yard! We can't wait!
For my birthday, my Fairy Godmother (Mom) came to make my wildest dreams come true! We organized! She came and spent 3 days helping with kids and cleaning. On her last night here, Grandpa came up for a sleepover. The girls were in heaven, and so was I! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Our little Kennedi is becoming so brave! Her front tooth was soooo loose, and Grandpa had suggested the old "string tied to a door knob" technique. She thought this was a fun idea, so we set her up.
But before we could shut the door, Klare Bear accidentally walked into the string and the job was done! (Finding that tiny tooth in the white carpet was another thing...it took a half hour!) Kennedi is so pleased with her new smile, so cute!
